From ZERO to TRÊS Elementum presents its first generation of clothing lines.

It is developed following three main lines: Simples, Sustainable and Refine.
This first species go from scarf to dress, along with a shirt, jacket, skirt and trousers.

The construction of the pieces is based on the total use of a piece of cloth in a tubular dimension, where minimum cuts provide maximum use.

It can cover your head, your neck, down till your feet. It can be wear flat, twisted, in layers.

Purchase Information

After viewing the ELEMENTUM collection in our web shop and choosing the items, if you wish you can proceed with the order by selecting the “finalize order” option. Please note that only by adding items to the basket you are not making an order yet. To proceed with the order you will be asked to fill in your shipping information. Further on you will be able to choose the payment method you prefer. At the end a confirmation message will appear and soon you will receive an email confirming all the details of your order.

Payment with credit card by PAYPAL
You can pay by credit card through PayPal’s secure server. If you don’t have a PayPal account yet, you can easily create one during the payment process.

Payment by Wire transfer
You can pay by wire transfer using the IBAN and BIC codes.

Shipping
Your order will be shipped once:
• Payment has been approved
• The delivery/billing address has been verified
Please note that delivery to Post Office Boxes is not available.
If by any reason the payment is not approved within 5 working days, we can’t guarantee de availability of the product. In that event we shall contact you by email.

Delivery times
Normally, delivery takes about 10 working days.

Shipping costs
For regular postage within Europe postage & packing is free.
For orders outside Europe an additional charge of 15 Euro for regular postage will be added to your order.

Sales Taxes
All the prices on our web shop are in Euro and include Dutch VAT. Deliveries of all orders within the EU are made in accordance with current EU regulations including Dutch VAT.
If your order is being delivered outside the European Union (EU) you do not pay Dutch VAT. This means the price you pay is 19% less than those in the web shop. Please note, however, that you may be liable to pay import duties when you receive your package.

Damage in transit
Please report any visible damage directly to the carrier.
We insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you.

Exchanges and returns
We want you to be completely happy with your order, so all of our products can be exchange and return within 10 working days after delivery. If you want to return or exchange any items all we request is that you first inform us of your reasons for returning or exchanging by writing to us: webshop@danielapais.com. After you can send the items back to the return address below. All products must be returned in the original condition and packaging, neither worn nor washed, and include the original labels and invoice.
Returns and exchanges are sent at your expense.
Refunds will be paid after we receive and verify your parcel.
All goods must be returned within 10 working days after delivery.

Complaints
If you have a complaint about a product, please let us know by email at webshop@danielapais.com. We will follow up immediately and rectify any complaint. Naturally, we will refund the cost of postage & packing in the event of a reasonable complaint or delivery error. Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the European Community.
